A LITTLE ABOUT ME

My name is Jacqueline Smith.  I'm from Mountian Lakes, New Jersey.  All my life I lived in the same house and grew up with almost the same class in the Mountain Lakes school systems so I never had to venture out of the bubble because everything was there.

I ventured way out of the bubble and I went to High Point University in North Carolina where I am studying Biology on and pre-physicians assistant path.  While growing up I was able to go on many vacations with my family which started my passion for traveling the world.  Traveling the world is one of my many goals.  However, in the future, I want to also help underprivileged and sick families in underdeveloped countries.  

I first started to become interested in the medical field after my mom was paralyzed on the left side of her body due to a horrible parasite.  All kinds of doctors were able to work together and help her regain 95% of feelings on her left side.  I want to be able to help people who are ill or have any medical problems so they can become healthy again just like how the team of different kinds of doctors that helped my mom.
